Elan Skilled Nursing and Rehab’s second-floor renovation project is steadily progressing as the opening of the state-of-the-art Dialysis Den draws near. The targeted completion date is mid-April 2023.
Elan Skilled is partnering with DaVita Kidney Care to develop the space, which will accommodate residents in need of transitional care to bridge the gap between their hospital stay and a return home.
The dialysis section is just part of the renovation project, which also includes updated flooring, paint, counter tops, doors, lighting, heating system, and furniture.
Painting is 90% complete. New VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) heating units have been installed, cabinetry work is being completed and flooring installation is next.
Elan Skilled looks forward to the completion of this project and the ability to expand services to the local and surrounding communities.
