Great progress has been made with Elan Skilled Nursing and Rehab’s second-floor renovation project.
In advance of completion later this month, the project will include a state-of-the-art dialysis unit called The Bridge at Elan, updated flooring, paint, counter tops, doors, lighting, heating system, and furniture.
The Bridge at Elan is a state-of-the-art dialysis den that accommodates up to 20 patients in need of transitional care. Elan Skilled is partnering with DaVita Kidney Care to develop the space.
Elan Skilled looks forward to the completion of this project and the ability to expand services to the local and surrounding communities.
