We are monitoring the latest news from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH) and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), as well as the latest COVID-19 infection control guidance with relation to its impact on our residents and visitors .
Visitation Guidelines are located in the COVID information page on our website. Please note our visitation guidelines have not changed. Visits still need to occur in your loved one’s room on nursing units or if your resident is able to come down you can visit in the common areas on 1st floor only. Please refer to the guidelines for specific details. Your cooperation in complying with visitation guidelines is most appreciated.
Thank you for supporting our mitigation efforts in vaccinations, masking and socially distancing. We are continuing to follow CDC and department of health guidance related to contact tracing, isolation and testing that are specific for nursing home settings. Please be vigilant when you come into to visit as our county and most locations in our state remains in a high rate of transmission.

- Please note that test results are reported on our call-in line at 570-207-6711 which is updated daily when we have new positive results. Family members and all others impacted by the virus will be contacted directly and provided with results and updates.
