Day in the Life of a Maintenance Employee:

Clean Floors.
1. Strip, finish and buff rooms as assigned.
2. Cleans wheel and geri chairs.
3. Carefully move furniture as needed.
4. Cleans resident and staff areas as assigned.
5. Operates equipment as per instructions.
6. Snow removal.
7. Adheres to all Elan Skilled policies.
8. Performs security duties as needed and or assigned.
9. Completes work orders as appropriate

Requirements of a Maintenance Employee:

Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently
Reliable transportation
