We found out today that a resident of our facility who was transferred to a local hospital, tested positive for COVID 19. As a result we are following our protocol and suspending general visits in accordance with our visitation policy. Compassionate care/end of life visits are still being held in accordance with policy.
Testing for all of our residents will be conducted on Tuesday May 11, 2021, and all staff will be tested on Wednesday May 12, 2021.
We have placed all units in yellow status at this time. Large group activities have been cancelled as well as beautician/barber appointments. While we have had to adjust our activity schedules, our residents are still enjoying individual activities and visits with our staff.
