We are monitoring the latest news from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH) and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), as well as the latest COVID-19 infection control guidance with relation to its impact on our residents and visitors .

Thank you for supporting our mitigation efforts in vaccinations, masking and socially distancing. We are continuing to follow CDC and department of health guidance related to contact tracing, isolation and testing that are specific for nursing home settings. Please be vigilant when you come into to visit as our county and most locations in our state remains in a high rate of transmission.

- Please note that test results are reported on our call-in line at 570-207-6711 which is updated daily when we have new positive results. Family members and all others impacted by the virus will be contacted directly and provided with results and updates.

Please check your mail/email for new COVID booster consents as the CDC has now recommended that everyone receive the new bivalent vaccine that will also include protection against the omicron variant. Please respond as soon as possible so we can schedule your loved ones vaccination. We will take into consideration the timing of their most recent booster and schedule according to CDC recommendations. If you did not receive one, please contact us and we will send out another copy.
