- Please note that test results are reported on our call-in line at 570-207-6711 which is updated daily when we have new positive results. Family members and all others impacted by the virus will be contacted directly and provided with results and updates.
News on the Second COVID Vaccine Booster for Residents.
An information packet and consent forms for the 2nd round of COVID 19 boosters were mailed to resident representatives earlier this week. If you/you loved one would like to continue the vaccine process as recommended by the FDA, please complete the indicated sections on the consent form and return by May 15, 2022. Happy Mother’s Day! Our Life Enrichment staff will have a photo “booth” area set up on our first floor on Saturday May 7 & Sunday May 8 between 10 am and 3 pm. We have an area set up to help take family photos with your loved one in our Auditorium.
