We are monitoring the latest news from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH) and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), as well as the latest COVID-19 infection control guidance with relation to its impact on our residents and visitors . We had 3 staff positive results this week. We are continuing to follow CDC and department of health guidance related to contact tracing, isolation and testing.
Our Facility’s Resident Impact (Since March 30, 2020, through June 9, 2022)

102- CONFIRMED: Residents with laboratory positive COVID-19
0 -SUSPECTED: Residents with new suspected COVID-19
111-Confirmed Staff Total: with a positive COVID-19
- Please note that test results are reported on our call-in line at 570-207-6711 which is updated daily when we have new positive results. Family members and all others impacted by the virus will be contacted directly and provided with results and updates.
An information packet and consent forms for the 2nd round of COVID 19 boosters were mailed to resident representatives earlier in May. If you/you loved one would like to continue the vaccine process as recommended by the FDA, and you have not already done so please complete the indicated sections on the consent form and return by June 17, 2022. Forms have to be signed and returned if you are declining for your resident as well.
