January 6, 2023, Letter to Friends and Families

We appreciate that you entrust us with the care of your loved ones and thank you for your patience and cooperation.

We are monitoring the latest news from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH) and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), as well as the latest COVID-19 infection control guidance with relation to its impact on our residents and visitors .

Please note that we are in the midst of a COVID19 outbreak.   While we are not restricting visitation, we encourage you to be diligent in your wearing of masks AT ALL TIMES, hand hygiene and NOT visiting if you, yourself are not feeling well, have a cough or fever. We also ask you to carefully consider the health of potential visitors, bearing in mind that infants and the elderly can be more likely to have negative outcomes when exposed to infectious illnesses.

Visitation Guidelines  are located in the COVID information page on our website

Thank you for supporting our mitigation efforts in vaccinations, masking and socially distancing.  We are continuing to follow CDC and department of health guidance related to contact tracing, isolation and testing that are specific for nursing home settings.    Please be vigilant when you come into to visit as our county and most locations in our state remains in a high rate of transmission.
