At the beginning of March, we added a Marketing Associate to our team to help develop and launch new initiatives for The Jewish Home, Elan Gardens, and Webster Towers. It is our goal to expand the awareness of what we do in our area. Our hope is that when people search for Senior Care in Scranton or Senior Rehab centers in Scranton, we are the ones who appear. Even more importantly, when these people arrive on our site, we want to help in any way that we can. On March 2nd Mason Cratch started with us and has begun addressing the goals of The Jewish Home. The following is a letter from him:
Dear Friends of The Jewish Home:
I am very thrilled to have joined The Jewish Home as their Marketing Associate. I look forward to being a part of this community, and the staff. I hope to bring a new level of strategy, and a fresh look and feel to our treasured community.
When there is an opportunity to join an established and historically acclaimed organization, you have to take it. I was so thrilled when I was offered this position. The staff, the leadership, and the board have all expressed great enthusiasm for my vision and plan. I have worked with startups, Fortune 500 companies, I’ve spent over 35 million dollars on advertising. However, the opportunity to join an organization like this is very rare and it’s an honor to be here.
My first priority is to really establish what the journey’s of our residents are. I want to understand on a deeper level who they are, where they are, how they find us, and how they become a cherished resident of The Jewish Home, Elan Gardens, or Webster Towers. I’ll also be reworking our website to fit our brand and vision. Making changes to the feel, and design as well as the information we provide and make it more streamlined for you.
I thoroughly look forward to getting to know everyone that I can in our community. Both near and far I want to bring us all together and share the passion that The Jewish Home has. I want to be an asset to the senior care professionals at The Jewish Home, and I want to share with you all the stories that we have to tell.
Thank you,
Mason Cratch
